On June 18, 2026, the mother of a 5-year-old female contacted the Miller County Sheriffโs Office to report that her daughter had been sexually abused by Dalton Gregory Lee. The mother reported that her child disclosed to her babysitter that she had โlicked Daltonโs pee-peeโ. When questioned further, the child stated she saw Daltonโs penis while he was watching TikTok in his room. She further disclosed that Dalton placed her hands on his penis and his finger inside her vagina. She stated that when she told Dalton it hurt, he did not stop until after โwhite nasty stuffโ came out of his penis.
The victim was interviewed at Kidsโ Harbor Child Advocacy Center in Osage Beach on June 22. During that interview, the child disclosed that Dalton had removed her clothing while they were at his residence in his bedroom. Daltonโs clothing was also removed. The victim stated Dalton then touched her vagina, causing her pain, and made her touch and lick his penis. She reported that โwhite stuffโ came out onto her arm, and Dalton used a shirt to wipe it off. She further reported that Dalton showed her videos of naked boys and girls and made her pinky promise not to tell anyone.
Dalton was arrested at his residence and transported to the Miller County Adult Detention Center. During an interview, Dalton repeatedly denied the allegations. Dalton reported the child had a crush on him and made comments about wanting to see him naked. Dalton later admitted he has a severe pornography addiction and had been watching pornography while the victim and his daughter played outside. Dalton stated the victim came into the room, jumped on the bed, saw the pornography, and asked him about it. Dalton said he told the victim it was โgrown-up sexโ. Dalton reported he then had the victim lie down next to him and watch the pornography. Dalton further stated his pants were down, his penis was exposed, and he asked the victim to rub his penis before it progressed from there. Dalton admitted to telling the victim not to tell anyone and said it would never happen again.
In a follow-up interview, Dalton admitted to touching and rubbing the victimโs vagina. Dalton reported it happened in his room with the door locked while his daughter remained outside. He further admitted to telling the victim not to say anything and made a pinky promise.
Dalton is now charged with statutory sodomy and child molestation in the second degree.
