At approximately 10 a.m. this morning, Pettis County dispatch received a report of a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Elm Branch Road and Swisher Road near Windsor. Initial radio traffic indicated four occupants were trapped inside one of the vehicles, including two adults and two children.
