On July 17, 2026, a Cass County grand jury indicted Keth Jordan Lee Barnes on three counts of child molestation in the first degree.
The indictment alleges Barnes committed the act of child molestation between April 2nd and April 4th by touching the three confidential victims’ breasts for the purpose of gratifying a sexual desire while knowing the victims to be his stepchildren. All three victims are reportedly under the age of 14.
